All private events require a minimum food and beverage purchase of $900, excluding tax and service charge.
This minimum applies to all event spaces. A 20% service charge and applicable sales tax will be added to your final invoice. If your menu selections total less than $900, the difference will be applied toward the minimum spend.
There is no room rental fee. Your minimum spend is applied entirely toward food and beverages.

Whistles of Delight
The meal started with these adorable beet cubes served on tiny skewers with little red hearts on top. It was such a thoughtful, charming detail that set the tone for the rest of the night. Every dish that followed was just as delicious.
I cannot recommend this place enough. If you are looking for a fantastic meal in Salt Lake City, this spot is a must-visit. I will definitely be coming back soon.
For the main course, both the chicken tikka masala and dhaba curry tasted quite similar, but the richness in flavor was definitely there. The Malabar fish curry was good and nicely balanced. The veg pulao paired with mushroom masala curry was absolutely amazing one of the best combinations on the buffet.
Coming to desserts, the gulab jamun was very soft and perfectly made, and the rice pudding was just right not too sweet and well balanced with dry nuts.
The ambience is one of the best parts of the place very comfortable and pleasant for dining. At $19.99 for the buffet, the price is pretty decent considering the variety and quality they offer. Overall, a great spot if you’re looking for rich flavored Indian buffet options.
The food was delish, they had a special, with pesto naan bread, that was amazing. The portions were good and the food was delish!
My friends and I had a lovely evening and we didnt break the bank!
Special shoutout to the staff there, Saam was a standout deserves 6 star for her care and attentiveness.
The decor is also quirky and well done without being OTT

Central by Saffron Valley was a HIT! I was able to attend an event here and it was so great to be able to see the beautiful space that the Saffron Valley team turned this into. We got to enjoy both a New Experience and Wonderful food covered under one roof.
We tried samples off the menu and I loved each dish that they brought out. They had the strawberry lassi, Dahi Puri, fruit and nut Biryani, veg cutlets chicken tikka kebab, and the gulab jamun cheesecake. Everything tasted so good and fresh!
I can't wait to see what new adventures this restaurant will have. Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu!
